1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RotoQL ("the Service"), operated by Verum Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RotoQL is a daily fantasy sports (DFS) lineup optimizer and analytics platform. The Service provides tools including player projections, lineup optimization, exposure controls, and statistical analysis to assist users in constructing DFS lineups.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age and that your use of DFS tools is permitted in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, data compilations, and visual design elements of the Service are the property of Verum Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

RotoQL is an analytical tool — it is not a gambling service and does not facilitate or process wagers. The Service provides data-driven projections and optimization tools to assist your decision-making. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, winnings, or results from using the Service. Past performance metrics displayed on the platform are not indicative of future results. All DFS contest participation and associated risks are solely your responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verum Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or anticipated winnings, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of New Jersey.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
